MyFileHub End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. DEFINITIONS
   “Software” means MyFileHub, including all executables, libraries, associated
   media, and documentation. The “free version” is the Software without a license
   key; the “full version” is the Software unlocked with a license key.

2. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to the terms of this EULA, MyFileHub (“Licensor”) hereby grants
   you (“Licensee”) a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install,
   use, display and run the Software. The free version may be used on any number
   of your computers. Each full version license key may be active on up to three
   (3) of your computers at a time.

3. LICENSE CONDITIONS
   3.1. You may:
        • Install and use the full version on up to three (3) computers at a time
          per license key.
        • Make one (1) backup copy for archival purposes.
   3.2. You may NOT:
        • Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer 
          the Software to any third party.
        • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software, except 
          to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
        • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

4. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE
   The free version needs no license key. The full version is unlocked by
   activating a license key over the internet. The Software checks the license
   on your computer, and each time it checks for updates it also confirms with
   Licensor that the license key is still active. If a key is turned off (for
   example after a refund or chargeback) or your computer is removed from a
   key, the Software returns to the free version on that computer. Receipt of
   the Software—whether by download, physical media or other means—constitutes
   acceptance of this EULA in full.

5. UPDATES & SUPPORT
   • A license includes every update to the Software released within twelve (12)
     months of your date of purchase. Versions released in that period keep their
     full version features permanently.
   • Versions released after that period run as the free version unless you renew
     updates. Renewing is optional, and versions you are already entitled to keep
     working.
   • Support (“reasonable technical assistance”) is provided via e-mail (myfilehubsupport@gmail.com) for 
     ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Extended support may be purchased 
     separately.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER
   EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
   OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
   OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE
   OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
   POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS
   EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION
   This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
   Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
   You agree to comply with all export laws and regulations that apply to the Software.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
    This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan (USA), excluding
    its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be
    resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, MI.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect
    to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.

By installing or running MyFileHub, you acknowledge that you have read,
understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
